If you have any kind of problem with the Principal and Secondary monitor in Windows 10 try this:

- Any time you press Windows + P it will switch between one of the  options below.
- If you try to press 1 time and wait , even if you do not see your screen, it will change for the next option
- Repeat this as many times as you need until the option selected became "PC Screen Only" and voila. The Black Screen will disapear.

Try to wake up the display

Many times it could happen that Windows 10 is just not detecting the display. Using your keyboard, you can use the Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B keyboard shortcut to wake up your display.
In the case that you're using a tablet, the process to wake up the display is a bit different, press the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously three times.
